Prestige Service Center


Every Prestige product comes with a limited period warranted and with an assured After Sales Service and Customer Support. We value the trust placed in us by our customers and their purchase decision and our team strives to provide customer support and after sales service to ensure that the promised value is delivered to our customers. To deliver this, we have a dedicated call center supported by authorised service centers throughout India. In order to report any problem that is faced with a product, the customer can do any of the following.

  • You can call the national helpline number and explain your problem to the executive.
  • After understanding your problem, the executive will register your complaint and generate the complaint id for you.
  • There are 2 levels of service - home service and Carry-in service - where you have to carry the product to the nearest authorized Prestige Service Center. Only Gas Stoves, Chimneys, Mixer Grinder, Induction Cooktops, Wet grinders are home serviced. 
  • For Home Service product - A representative from the nearest authorised center will visit you to check your product and advise you accordingly.
  • In case repairs are required, the representative will give you an estimate of time and price (if not covered by warranty).
  • After resolving your issue, the representative will close your complaint on our central system.

 Register an Online Complaint

You can also register a complaint by submitting the complaint online. This complaint will be handled in the same manner as a call to the call center is handled as mentioned above. On successful submission, you will receive an email with the confirmation and you will shortly receive a follow-up call from our call center. The calling executive will then provide a solution to your problem and guide you.

Submit an Online Complaint

Walk into a Prestige Regional Service Center or  Prestige Authorised Service Center

  • One of our service assistants or the authorised representative will attend to you and understand your problem.
  • If there is a problem with the method of operation, you will be shown the correct method of operation at that moment.
  • In case there is a problem with the product, the representative will fill out a detailed form with a report of your issue, and report it at our centralised customer service system. You will then be given a complaint id.
  • You will be given an estimate of the time that will be taken to repair your product.
  • If the product is covered under warranty there will be no cost of the repair, else a cost estimate will be shared and approval taken.
  • Once the product is received from the customer support cell, after repairs, you will be contacted and you may collect the product, after payment if any. Your complaint id will be marked as closed.
